Nice spot in Lisbon!
Had a pretty solid stay here! The staff were super friendly, but I think they were a bit overwhelmed. The gym was small but nice for a quick workout. The main drag is packed with shops and restaurants. great for exploring. Only wish the breakfast was better. it was pretty basic and the overall cleanliness could be improved.

I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. They seemed very unfriendly and unhelpful, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Feeling unwelcome at a hotel is not what I expected when I paid for my room.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival, making us feel welcome. The location was a plus, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. However, our room was a bit noisy during the day due to housekeeping activity. Consider visiting local eateries for tastier meals as breakfast left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Jun 23cleanliness issues
I had a few notable issues that put a damper on my stay. First, the extra locked door in the room felt unnerving, as light seeped through from the adjacent space, making privacy a concern. The elevator situation was another headache. it’s pint-sized and only one was operational, leading to frustrating waits. Additionally, I heard noise from jets flying above and some odd sounds from the bathroom that suggested plumbing issues. And let's not forget a window that clearly needed a wash, along with some cleanliness concerns like hair on towels and leftover cookies under the bed. Lastly, I noticed a billing mistake that turned my check-out into a post-visit hassle.

I felt right at home here!

pleasant stay with great staff but some improvements needed
The staff created a welcoming atmosphere. The 24-hour gym offered great convenience for my busy schedule. Breakfast had a wonderful variety and I appreciated the fresh options available each day.
The hotel’s exterior could use some attention to match the quality found inside.
